The possibility of bond system biological compatibility improvement for adhesion of hard dental tissues to filling material

The work presents histochemical studies of sections of extracted teeth. A presence of carbohydrate-protein biopolymers in hard dental tissues is shown. The author suggests using the discovered biopolymers in bond systems for improvement of chemical adhesion of filling materials to hard dental tissues. The value of the method was confirmed by electron probe microanalysis.
