In modern economic conditions, the demand of the population of the country in meat products is increasing, so processing enterprises should increase production volumes. This is possible, in particular, due to more efficient use of labor resources, which is considered on the basis of «Vologda meat producer» in Vologda. The analysis of the use of human resources of the enterprise, proposed and economically justified a set of measures to improve their efficiency.
