The possibility of improving the general adaptivity of the personality of psychological students as a manifestation of conflict resistance

The article reveals the essence of the conflict as a manifestation of determining the overall adaptability of the individual.. In the course of the pilot study, it was found that low and medium indicators of components of the structure of conflict resistance. The proposed psychocorrectional program contributed to the increase in the respondents' in the level of adaptation of the subjects, which in turn changed the way of responding to the conflict.
