The possibility of using modern digital devices in the preparation of the will

The article reviews the possibility of using digital equipment in the preparation of the will, the legality of the recording of the last will of the testator in this way on the basis of comparative legal analysis. In particular, the application of video and sound recording as an actual oral form of property disposal within the framework of hereditary legal relations is analyzed. It is concluded that it is necessary to amend the legislation of the Russian Federation in terms of the introduction of digital devices in the preparation of the will, as well as the conclusion that projects are needed that will explore the relationship between digital equipment and the possibility of the last will of the testator in terms of the usefulness of such equipment.
