Possibility of adaptation of regional social programs to the crisis management conditions

The article discusses topical issues of social development of the Russian Federation regions in the current economic conditions. The authors analyze the modern practice of target program management in the social sphere (by case study of the Volgograd region), identifying the existing problems. The paper considers resources and constraints for adaptation of regional social programs to the crisis management conditions.
