Opportunities and prospects for the development of the TOSER monotown "Mikhailovka" in the digital economy

The article discusses issues of single-industry towns on the example of the Volgograd region, the main problems of single-industry towns of the region, marked monopropellant the territories presented the main indicators of company towns Mikhaylovka, its functioning in the presence status of the territory of advancing socio-economic development in the context of the digital economy, justified by the preservation of productive specialization. The research suggests the introduction of digital technologies in the main areas of the city district economy, the introduction of high-tech industries in the production of building materials, as well as the formation of a territorial construction cluster taking into account existing construction industry enterprises, the installation of automated lines using manipulators and robotics, in addition, it is proposed to create new production facilities for the production of «smart»devices that will be used in the construction of «smart»buildings. These proposals will help diversify the economy of the single-industry city, improve and create the most comfortable and safe living conditions for the citizens of the municipality.
