Ability of using the best experience of EU member countries in Russia to applicate regimes of austerity

The global crisis of 2008-2011, during which the possibilities of monetary policy showed its limitations, and its consequences were the main reason for rethinking the role of fiscal policy as a tool for macroeconomic regulation. In the conditions of a sharp limitation of public, including budgetary resources, the governments of many countries were forced to introduce regimes of austerity and to adapt the system of budget management on the principles of efficiency and responsibility.The consequences of such adaptation and the implementation of austerity regimes, due to the long time lag of the implementation of fiscal austerity measures and the adopted anti-crisis programs, demonstrate itselves today, identifying its advantages and disadvantages. This article will be consider the experience of austerity regimes in the key EU countries (Germany, France, UK) and in the countries of the "Mediterranean Club" (Greece, Italy, Spain, Portugal) and abilities of using in Russian’s budget system.
