E-government resources in Singapore

The article deals with the model of e-government implementing in Singapore and a possibility of its application within Russian policy. With the growth of ICT use, the level of public authorities' representation in the Internet has been increased, and the procedure of political communication has also been changed. Basing on the works of foreign and Russian researches, the author provides guidelines for implementing of e-government in Russia by case study of Singapore.
