Potentials of endoscopic diagnosis of precancer diseases and cancer of the larynx

The modern approaches to endoscopic diagnosis of precancerous changes and early cancer of the larynx for scanning groups at high risk of cancer have been presented. Accurate diagnosis of initial neoplastic changes in laryngeal mucosa allows long-term treatment results and life quality of laryngeal cancer patients to be improved at the expense of extension of indications for organconserving treatment.
