Computer capillaroscopy for the assessment of skin capillaries of the hands after exposure to glycolic acid

The article describes the capabilities of computer capillaroscopy for the investigation of skin capillaries of the hands after exposure to glycolic acid. Computer capillaroscopy allows intravital measuring of structural and functional parameters of the microcirculation in people of different age and gender. It gives an ability to study morphological changes of capillaries during aging and to predict the development of vascular diseases. The method of capillaroscopy can be successfully used in dermatology to evaluate the effectiveness of peeling agents such as glycolic acid
