The article examines the effectiveness of public-private partnerships (PPPs) for the socio-cultural transformation of cultural heritage sites in the Russian Federation. It substantiates the role of PPPs as a mechanism uniting the state, business, and society to preserve monuments and reinterpret them. The experience of participation by entrepreneurial structures and public organizations is considered. The model of the “Revival of the Stroganov Estate in Volyshovo” Foundation is analyzed as an example of institutional adaptation within the framework of PPPs, employing interpretative analysis. The results demonstrate the potential of public-private partnerships for preserving cultural memory and integrating heritage into contemporary practices.
