Optimization of dental care insurance financial provision to the preferential contingent of the Kyrgyzstan southern region population

The results of studying of the Pregnant Women Oral cavity condition Indicators in the Southern region of the Kyrgyzstan and determining the Average cost of dental treatment are presented. On 100% prevalence of dental caries, DMFT Index - 2.2, the most frequently and intensively affected were women 20-29 years old (84%). The incidence of caries and its complications in the first molars was 55%. The average cost of treating one patient was 309.2 soms. The data can be used for planning payments for pregnant women, as a preferential contingent in Compulsory health insurance.
