Opportunities of application benchmarking in public health services

In the article the questions of application of modern tools of the management are analyzed, allowing to raise competitiveness of the organization and to improve quality of management. Benchmarking is one of tools of management as which in the modern economic literature understand process of the analysis and a comparative estimation of the methods applied by the organization at realization of the functions. Such process of the analysis and an estimation can be spent inside of the organization by comparison of work of separate employees or divisions, or by comparison of activity and results to work and parameters of other organizations.
