The possibilities of applying international corporate governance standards in enterprises with state participation in Uzbekistan

This article describes the results of the reforms carried out in the field of management and reform of enterprises with state participation in Uzbekistan, presents some systemic problems hindering the further development of corporate governance in business entities with a state share, and also develops possible strategic directions for the development of the corporate governance system, taking into account international standards, strategic parameters as a result of the implementation of the proposed measures.
