The means of entrepreneurial activity potential realization in the urban community

The programs of development of small and medium enterprise (SMEs) in Rostov region and in Rostov-on-Don, realized lately, have permitted to achieve certain level of entrepreneurial activity. However, the demands of further city advance to new economics in condition of global competition and membership in WTO, necessitate to go to new stage of the development of SMEs. It is based on support on convergence, target management of growth of entrepreneurial activity and processes of self-organization and self-development of entrepreneurial economy.
