The scope of resource reorganisation of prevailing economic activity in sustainable development of regional economy

The article deals with the technology of resource reorganisation of prevailing economic activity, allowing to identify its excess resources to transfer them subsequently to other economic branches by means of market mechanisms. The author shows that some measures of the resource reorganisation have a nonlinear effect on the participants of the regional economy, so it is necessary to take into account the influence elasticity and the delay of measures for sustainable development of the regional economy.
