The authors made an assessment of Russian heat supply network condition. The article shows the reasons for defect appearance in housing and communal services systems. The article presents practicability of remedial and repair work using composite materials. The article offers the suggestions concerning their use in the liquidation of municipal communal service heat supply network defects.
