Possible approaches to the sociological fulfillment of the “human potential” category

This paper reviews current approaches to the analysis of the “human potential" category, and describes possible application of the conception in the social science researches. Basing upon the study of categorial set of the “capability-based approach", which determines contemporary interpretation of the human fulfillment processes, the author suggests integration with principles of the activities paradigm.
