Possible ways of processing pulverized waste on the basis of JSC "Oemk" with consideration of possible ways of financing projects of young scientists at the regional and municipal levels

The paper is devoted to topical issues of metalloinvest's development in the developing economy of the Russian Federation. The article discusses possible ways of processing suspended dust particles on the example of JSC "OEMK". Possible ways of financing projects of young innovators and entrepreneurs at the regional and municipal levels are investigated. The article also suggests the use of various financial instruments to obtain funding for young scientists and innovators.
