Establishment and formation of the institute for the restoration of the criminal case in the see of newly discovered circumstances in Uzbekistan

The article examines the emergence and formation of the institution of the renewal of a criminal case in view of the newly discovered circumstances in Uzbekistan. The modern institute for the resumption of criminal proceedings appeared after the adoption on September 22, 1994 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
