Beginnings of arable farming on the territory of medieval Western Ural (on archaeological data)

The article is devoted to archaeological research of time of transition of inhabitants of the Permian Cis-Urals to arable farming. The issue of ways of arable farming penetration this region is examined. In the article it is proved that change of Economic and Cultural Type on the territory was determined by the migration of the Finnish and Slavic population to the region. Having analyzed the found items, two major groups of ploughshares, belonging to two different types of ploughs, were discovered.
