Renewable natural resources are the most important resources for the existence and economic life of almost half of the world's population. Its depletion has negative consequences for the economic stability of the country, deterioration of the social situation of the world's population and increased vulnerability of states to geopolitical natural resource conflicts, which can be violent. The economic stability of developing and poor countries in the world primarily directly depends on the availability of renewable natural resources and access to them. Often, natural resource conflicts develop into ethnic and/or religious armed conflicts within the state and in border areas.
