Age aspects of the social categorization

The article presents the theoretical analysis of the social categorization based on age aspects. The following features of age as fundamental social category - universality, availability, evidence are revealed. Principles and strategy of the process of social categorization of age groups, and the role of age signs in group identification are considered. Theoretical conclusions prove to be true being in accordance with the results of existing worldwide researches.
