Age changes of antioxidant activity of second generation zander grown in RAS LLC "TPK Baltptitseprom"

We investigated the presence of age-related changes in antioxidant activity in the internal organs, skin and gills in zander grown in RAS pools LLC "TPK Baltptitseprom". Investigations were carried out from 2009 to 2011 on fingerlings, yearlings and two-year zanders. The liver plays a major role in antioxidant protection in young fish (second generation zander). Ther is an age-related redistribution of antioxidant activity (AOA) between internal organs and external mucous membranes.
