Return of customs payments: problems and solutions

The author analyzes the provisions of effective customs legislation regulating the procedure for the refund of excessively paid or excessively collected customs duties and taxes, as well as issues that arise in their implementation, taken into account judicial (court) practice and clarifications of the Supreme judicial authorities. The article provides practical recommendations on the refund of excessively paid or excessively collected customs duties and taxes under the current laws.
