Meeting of the SCO and BRICS: expectation and reality

The article is devoted to the expectations and the reality of the meeting of international leaders. The meeting of the SCO and BRICS set ourselves the task of strengthening strategic stability, the introduction of the new development Bank and contingent reserve, improving the quality of health, and others. But not all expectations are in reality. The creation of a New development Bank and contingent Fund of foreign exchange reserves of the BRICS countries and agreed to switch to mutual payments in national currencies - are the only objectively measurable outcomes of the meeting summits.
