The article substantiates a thesis of influence of the cross-intentions of a language - the system of expressiveness means - on the activities of the creative mind. When working with the synthetic genre of opera the creative mind of a composer interacts with three language systems - verbal, musical and vocal, the integration of which is implemented on the basis of emotivity.
