WTO and regional integration: competition jurisdiction and the applicable principles of law in the resolution of international disputes

The article deals with competition jurisdiction of the World Trade Organization and regional trade agreements, and the principles of law applicable to the settlement of international disputes. In particular, the authors examine the internal procedures for resolving international trade disputes at RTA.
