By results of complex researches in 2005-2006 and in 2011-2012 in the area subjected to influence of the emergency black oil overflow in September, 2003, the process of natural self-cleaning of coastal zone waters from oil products is considered. It is shown that the last cuts of black oil fractions buried at the bottom in the form of sand-black oil aggregations are a secondary source of waters pollution by oil products.
