Secondary sources of barium (barite) in circular economy in the context of waste-free production

In the article the author investigated secondary sources of barite, which was included in the list of critical raw material in 2017. The use of barium in the circular economy in the conditions of waste-free production implies the use of not only the primary sources of the metal, but also the secondary - barite industrial waste. The main secondary sources of barium, the level of processing and use in the production of processed barite raw materials have been identified.
