Reinterments in the Alakul sites in the southern spurs of the Ural mountains

The article presents an analysis of a series of extraordinary burial sites of Kozhumberdy cultural group of the Late Bronze Age in the Ural Mugodjary region, which were made in a reinterment ceremony. They are connected with circumstances of death, a seasonal nature of funeral ceremonies and show continuity of funeral traditions of the Sintashta and Alakul cultures.
