Imposition of the town regulation of 1870 in Tsaritsyn

The article is devoted to studying the changes in the structure and activities of Self-Government Institutions of Tsaritsyn city subsequently the imposition of the Town Regulation of 1870. The author studied the conditions of the town reform implement, the features of Self-Government Institutions formation, and determined the character of the Town Community Offices' activities. The author identified the Socio-Professional status of the first convocation of the State Duma, determined the difficulties with imposition of the new law, the character of cooperation with the Provincial Administration and Uyezd Zemstvo at the first stage of the State Duma and the Municipal Government's function.
