Introduction of progressive income tax from individuals in Russia: pros and cons. Experience of foreign countries

The article considers the idea of introducing a progressive scale of tax on personal income. The positive and negative aspects of changing the tax system are investigated. The foreign experience of taxation of individuals is analyzed, the possibility of its application in Russia is evaluated.
