The article presents a scheme of choosing the antirecessionary strategy of the enterprise development as a three-step process of working out the corporate strategy, business strategies and functional strategies. The authors also specify the most important conditions for strategic decision making, the models and criteria for rational choice of anti-recessionary strategy.
