Selection and using a production''S diversification strategy by system research of external and internal environment''S influence on mining enterprises

The article considers a system approach to the external and internal environments' research of a mining enterprise as an effective justification tool^ for selection and using a diversification strategy. In this context an algorithm of system research of the internal state of a mining enterprise as well as of the influence of the external environment proposed.
