Choice of social entrepreneurship development instruments in Russia (case of the Siberian federal district)

This article is a continuation of the materials published in the No 1 2022 of the journal «Izvestia of the St. Petersburg State University of Economics» [1]. The paper presents the results of using various tools for social entrepreneurship development in the regions of the Siberian Federal District. The problems hindering the development of social enterprises in Siberian Federal District have been allocated, including lack of financing, lack of credit and tax preferences, limited institutional support, etc. Possible mechanisms for the development of social entrepreneurship are proposed.
