The article raises the actual problem of choosing environmental protection actions for minimizing environmental risks by industrial enterprises. The relevance of environmental risk management as part of the strategic management at an industrial enterprise is shown. The author proposes an algorithm for minimizing risks at an industrial enterprise. The importance of the environmental actions choice in the strategy implementation is emphasized. Classification of environmental actions, examples of basic actions, sources of their financing are given. The article presents indicators for the choice of a specific environmental actions or action sets. The possibility of using the payment matrix for choosing the suitable actions set is shown. The requirements for monitoring environmental actions are described.
