Selection of monetization models in the organization of business activities in the field of construction and turnover of real estate

The article analyzes the most common models and methods of monetization of business projects in the field of investment and construction activities and real estate turnover: sales and subscription models, freemium, lead generation, transaction model (Broner) licensing and advertising models. But as a conclusion, it is argued that an entrepreneurial project can be based on several ways of monetization, but the leading model should be one on which the entrepreneur earns the main money. Statistical data on the use of innovative technologies in the field of construction and real estate turnover, where half of the companies combine monetization models, are presented. Despite the conservatism of the investment and construction sector and the turnover of real estate objects, as well as the low level of digitalization, developers and construction companies are increasingly trusting cloud services and buying subscription solutions, giving part of their data outside of their own IT circuit. In the analyzed sectors of the economy, innovative changes have not yet reached their peak, and new technologies such as modular buildings, smart cities and artificial intelligence will contribute to the development of innovative ideas that will contribute to the development and change of construction activities and, accordingly, will lead to the creation of new models for profit extraction, including monetization when launching new business projects.
