Choice of the optimum structure of poonton from polymer composite materials

The article provides basic information on the choice of the optimal structural system of a pontoon made from polymer composite materials. A vertical tank with a capacity of 5000 m3 and 10,000 m3 was chosen for the analysis. The problems of calculation of strength, buoyancy and stability of pontoons are considered. Much attention is paid to the determination of the stress-strain state of a polyurethane foam pontoon.
