The choice of the optimal development strategy for enterprises of the radio electronics industry on the basis of profit modelling

The article highlights the issue of the application of the developed profit from sales model (based on the process oriented approach) to identify the influence of the managerial decisions in the sphere of product mix and industrial specialization on the profit from sales for the enterprises of the radio electronics industry. The article presents the results of return on sales modelling in two strategies: preservation of the complete cycle of production and intensification of industrial specialization. Finally, the conclusion about the optimal strategy for the explored enterprises is drawn.
