Choice of enterprise for forming nucleus regional cluster in the fuzzy information

The article discusses the methodological aspects of the identification of regionalclusters in the second phase of its logical consistency: «the choice of key sectors(production) of regional economy - the regional enterprises - the choice of relatedenterprises and organizations». In the partial or complete lack of open and reliableeconomic information, criterion values serving as basis for enterprise selection forformation of the core cluster are not clearly pronounced. Therefore, as the formalapparatus of selecting the enterprise for the formation of the cluster core and relatedbusinesses, as well as in the case of selection of key activities, it is proposed to usethe mathematical apparatus of theory of fuzzy or fuzzy sets allowing to solve tasksof mathematical modeling of complex socio-economic systems in the conditions ofvagueness (fuzziness) information.
