The choice of puncture trajectory depending on the characteristics of focal formation in spleen

To determine features of needle access to cysts and solid formations of the spleen, depending on their structure. It is shown that a clear radial visualization of the nonhomogeneous sections of spleen focal lesions greatly facilitates the selection of sites for aspiration biopsy, which makes the puncture study multispectral and in 87,5% of cases helps to get full cytograms.
