Choice of ways of innovative development of the regional scientific center on the basis of distance information technologies (on example of VSCC CEMI RAS)

In the article, the ways of integration of academic and innovative approaches in research and educational activities are explored on the example of the Vologda scientific and coordination center of the CEMI RAS. The "point of growth" of the organization was defined and a general statement of the issue of introduction of network remote technologies containing the initial material for structuring the innovation facility in further scientific research and dissertational works in specialty 08.00.13 ("Mathematical and Instrumental Methods in Economics") was given.
