Well selection for cyclic flooding

Oil fields developed for many years are characterized by a large area and high heterogeneity. Under these conditions, the production of hydrocarbons by flooding or the introduction of new infill wells often does not allow achieving the planned recovery factors. Field experience shows that the increase in this indicator is affected by the transfer of the water injection front, the formation of injection rows to identify development zones.
