Owner’s Choice of Institution Type: Legal Basis and Practical Implementation

The Russian Federation and its regions burdened with a significant volume of tasks forced to look for organizational and legal forms of legal entities through which they will implement them. Institutions became widespread. The legal basis for them as an organizational and legal form consists of blocks of norms: relating to all legal entities, common to institutions and characteristics of the institution type. Choosing the type of institution is one of the important issues facing its founder.
