The selection of military actions mathematical models depending on the size of modeled process on the theory of opportunities basis

The article shows how the level of abstraction of the mathematical model of the selected type must match the scale of the simulated process. Compliance with these rules will reduce the time to choice the adequate mathematical modeling schemes and prevent the use of models in the course of investigations, the type of which is inadequate to the scales of simulated processes.
