Consideration is given to selection of loading conditions for Zenit-3SL launch vehicle as a part of Sea Launch complex to minimize the Zenit launch vehicle and DM type upper stage structure modifications. The approach to resolve the problems of selecting loading conditions, and taken decisions are shown. A great number of launches under different environment conditions confirmed the right selection of the loading conditions for Zenit-3SL launch vehicle.
