Elections of the governor of the Perm region in 2017: results and perspectives

The article considers procedure for preparing and holding the election of the governor in the Perm Region. The author argues that the use of material incentives and administrative resources, while helping to raise the turnout and bring the right candidate to power in the course of the election campaign, does not guarantee the elected head of the region to be the undisputed leader throughout the entire time of the leadership in the subject of the Russian Federation.
