The election of the president of Russia outside the territory of the Russian Federation: problems in the organization and ways to overcome

The article considers legislative and organizational differences in the preparation and conducting the electoral process for Russian authorities outside the territory of the Russian Federation and the resulting problems that impede the free expression of the will of some foreign voters. The author provides suggestions for ways of their elimination, as well as options for increasing voter turnout of overseas voters in countries with a large Russian diaspora.
