The elections in Verkhneudinsk city people's revolutionary committee in 1920

The article is considered the basic mechanisms and features a new electoral system proposed by the Soviet government, on an example of the Verhneudinsk on the basis of the analysis of the law on elections in the local, rural, rural municipality, city and County controls Far Eastern Republic of June 3, 1920.
